Counselor II (Project Recovery)

Description:   To provide program services eligible for third party billing.  To provide assessments, counseling, case management and outreach to consumers and their families with substance abuse and co-occurring issues.

Requirements:  This position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health science, a minimum of two years post masters experience in a clinical/substance abuse setting.  Knowledge of the 12 step process and co-occurring disorders.  Demonstrated ability to provide individual, group, and family therapy.  Good oral and written skills.  Must pass Level II background screening.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office Suite (97or higher), Internet browsing, and e-mail communication.
